Payment Policy

1. Overview

NIZAX is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and seamless payment experience befitting a luxury fine jewelry house. This Payment Policy outlines the methods, terms, and conditions governing all transactions made through our website, private consultations, and bespoke commission services. NIZAX currently operates exclusively within India.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

NIZAX accepts the following forms of payment:

• Major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net banking
• Bank wire / NEFT / RTGS (for orders above ₹50,000)
• EMI via select banks and credit cards (see Section 7)

3. Currency

• All prices on the NIZAX website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• All transactions are processed in INR in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations

4. Payment Security

• All online transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology
• NIZAX does not store full card details on our servers
• Payment processing is handled by RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, NIZAX reserves the right to cancel the transaction and notify the relevant authorities

5. Order Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for all standard catalog and signature collection orders
• Orders are not confirmed or processed until full payment has been received and verified
• NIZAX reserves the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified or is found to be unauthorized

6. Bespoke Commission Payment Terms

Bespoke and custom commissions follow a staged payment structure:

• 50% deposit required upon signing the Commission Agreement to commence design and production
• 50% balance due upon completion, prior to dispatch or collection
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced
• NEFT / RTGS / wire transfer is the preferred method for commission payments above ₹1,00,000
• A formal GST-compliant invoice will be issued at each payment stage

7. Private Consultation Fees

• Initial private consultations are complimentary
• Extended design consultations or multi-session bespoke briefings may attract a consultation fee, communicated in advance and credited toward the final commission value upon purchase

8. Refunds & Payment Reversals

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• UPI and net banking refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days
• NEFT / RTGS refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on the receiving bank
• NIZAX does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refund Policy

9. Failed or Declined Payments

• In the event of a failed or declined payment, the order will not be processed
• Clients will be notified promptly and invited to provide an alternative payment method
• Any amount debited during a failed transaction will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days as per RBI guidelines
