4. Orders & Acceptance

5. Pricing

• International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees payable by the client

6. Payment

• We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or production begins
• For bespoke commissions, a deposit of 50% is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion

7. Bespoke & Custom Commissions

• All bespoke commissions are subject to a separate Commission Agreement outlining design specifications, timelines, and payment terms
• Once production has commenced, commissions cannot be cancelled or refunded
• NIZAX retains the right to use commission photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on complexity and material availability

8. Shipping & Delivery

• NIZAX ships worldwide using fully insured and trackable courier services
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to the client upon delivery
• NIZAX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at the time of order

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on the NIZAX website, including photography, copy, designs, logos, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of NIZAX and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws

• Client-submitted photographs or testimonials shared with NIZAX may be used for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing

13. Limitation of Liability
